Call to discuss

Set against the coastal backdrop of Dover Heights, Levante is a substantial renovation that brings a fresh sense of warmth and refinement to an established home.

New Leaf Homes carried the transformation from structural alterations through to the kitchen, bathrooms and interior finishes. Flooring, joinery and freshly painted surfaces come together to give the spaces a consistent feel, while retaining the home’s individual character.

With ocean views and a strong connection to the outdoors, the setting was already special. Our work focused on bringing the home itself into its next chapter, with care in both the construction and the finish.
