Casa Cantante began with a clear ambition: create two homes with a level of detail that carries from the structure through to the smallest finish. Developed and built by New Leaf Homes, these Auburn residences bring together sculptural curves, substantial construction and spaces made for family living.

Double-brick ground floors and suspended concrete first floors form the foundation, with three-metre ground-floor ceilings giving the interiors a generous sense of space. A curved stone staircase and low-iron frameless glass create a striking centerpiece, connecting the two levels without interrupting the light.



Natural stone flows through the kitchens, bathrooms and alfresco areas. Custom joinery, fluted kitchen islands, butler’s kitchens and brushed-brass fittings bring warmth and consistency to the interiors. Feature fireplaces and statement lighting give the living spaces their own character.

Each home opens onto a private outdoor entertaining area and its own concrete swimming pool, complete with water features and deck jets. Inside and out, Casa Cantante reflects our hands-on approach to building: considered materials, demanding details and care in how everything comes together.
